Description

Trekkers can enjoy adventure ice frozen trekking trail of the trek which is at 4800 meters above sea level. The Bali Pass trek route starts from Sankri. Sankari is the base camp of Harkidun Trek, Kedarkantha Trek, and Bali pass Ruinsar lake trek. Bali pass trail passes through the dense forest of pine and deodar trees. The main highlight of the trek is the Ruinsara Glacial Lake and also the lush green meadows of the Dev Thach. Ruinsara glacial lake has spectacular beauty and trekkers can also get an opportunity to capture the fantastic view of the lake.

This trek is beautified with the scenic beauty of the surrounding area. It considered one of the unexplored trekking trails in Indian Himalaya. The best time to visit is in summer (May-June). There are many good reasons to leave home for a few days. You can also make Bali pass trek videos with the beautiful scenery. Day 1- Bali Pass Trek- Dehradun to Sankri 8-9 hrs.

The Bali pass Trek journey starts from Dehradun to sankri. The journey pass through the Mussoorie, Yamuna Bridge, and Naitwar at tons valley. Sankari is a small Hamlet situated in Uttarkashi district in Uttarakhand. Sankari is a base camp of Har ki Doon Trek, kedarkantha Trek, Bali pass Trek, and rupin pass trek. Reach, relax and then overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2- Sankri to Seema

Today, the drive begins to Taluka. And the trekking trail starts from Taluka to Seema. The trekking trail of Bali pass is pass through the forest and apple orchids and also follow the supin river. Explore the area and also get an opportunity to experience the jungle trekking. After a few hours, we reach Seema campsite. Relax and then prepare for the next day.

Day 3- Seema to Dhevsu Bugyal

The easy trekking trail starts from Seema to Dhevsu bugyal campsite. It will take around 3 to 4 hours to reach the Dhevsu bugyal campsite. The trail passes through the forest that will give you a beautiful wide meadow. On the way to campsite of Har ki dun Bali pass trek, trekkers can see the Har ki Doon Valley. And also the villages of Puoni and Osla.
And after a few hours, you will reach the beautiful campsite Dhevsu Bugyal trek. Which offers the view of rivers, Meadows and also the majestic mountains all around. This is the fantastic campsite of har ki dun Bali pass Trek. Explore the area and then a night spent in a tent.

Day  4- Devsu Bugyal to Ruinsara lake

The fourth day of the trek towards Ruinsara Tal, start early in the morning. It will take around 4 to 5 hours to reach the Ruinsara tal. The trekking trail passes through the bolder patches, verdant grasslands, and dense conifer forest. After reaching the campsite of Ruinsara lake. Relax and then set up the camp here for overnight stay.

Day 5- Ruinsara lake Rest day

Rest day of the trek. Trekkers can explore the area around at this Ruinsara Lake Campsite with the beautiful mountains view all around. And also can see the clear view of KalaNag peak from here. The camping in the Ruinsara lake is such a best location over the mountains. And also the fantastic view of the valley is a really outstanding experience one can ever have.

Day 6- Ruinsara lake to Bali Pass/Odari

The train towards the Bali pass starts early in the morning. It will take around 4 to 5 hours to reach Bali pass base. The trekking trail from Ruinsara lake to Bali pass base is 6 km. And an outstanding view of trio peaks of Kalanag, Bandra Punch and Swargarohini is a treat to your eyes. And also the zoomed view of the trail from Sankri till Bali pass base really looks just crazy. Enjoy the view and then overnight stay in a tent at Odhari.

Day 7- Odari to Upper Dhamni via Bali Pass

A long day of the Bali pass Ruinsara lake trek. We begin the trail in the early morning towards Upper Dhamni via Bali Pass. It is located at an altitude of 4,800 meters above sea level. And it is a tricky pass.  It takes around 3 hours to reach the Bali Pass. After reaching the summit point of Bali pass trek, you get a chance to capture the grand view of the majestic peaks. And you can also see both sides of the Valley. Explore the area, spend some quality time on the top and then descend to the Upper Dhamni. The steep descend til the campsite. Reach, relax and then overnight stay.

Day 8- Upper Dhamni to Dehradun via Hanuman Chatti

The last day of the Har ki dun Bali Pass Ruinsara lake Trek. Trek towards Hanuman Chatti where one can see the confluence of Yamuna and Hanuman Ganga. And then, from this point drive back to Dehradun.

A trekking requires a lot of preparations to make sure that are physically and mentally ready for adventure. Here you can learn some basic life and survival skills, planning and organizing in this phase. We are giving some suggestions to make sure you are safe and enjoy your trekking adventure, Because of the changing environment, altitude, and terrains you’ll be facing Climbing & trekking is no small undertaking, so it is necessary that you give some time to prepare before you going to trekking & expedition in Himalayan Mountain.

WHAT DO YOU ACTUALLY NEED TO DO BEFORE GOING TO TREK?

Prepare your body-

  1. Running, Walk, Running

Running & Walking is the easiest and best for good health and trekking. Since the daunting of trekking & climbing requires long hours of public walk, ride, or drive, you must practice running or walking ablest one hour daily. Long walks during trekking make you tired those times and walk increase your fitness levels.

The benefits of running-

  • Loosing of extra pounds weight
  • Lower risk of heart problem
  • Improve and balance blood circulation
  • Increase stamina
  1. Walking with solder-load or weighted bag

Since trekking requires long time walks with a bag 5 kilos on your solder, a sudden weight on your shoulders. Put 5-6 kilos bag and try to walk 2-3 minutes and repeat this 10 times in 24 hours. If you have weight vest the try to run if you have not weighted vest the fill your bag with some books and wasted newspaper to weight.

  1. Climb stairs Up & Down

A mandatory aspect of trekking is ascending and descending trek. Ascend and descend walking is the most difficult tasks one faces during such trekking. For fitness practice, you regularly climb stairs. Regular climbing stair provides stronger muscles and better mental reflexes. Every day 5-10 minutes of stair climbing or 45 min walk or 20 min running reduces the risk of heart problem and increasing your stamina.

  1. Leg Exercises

Sports like football and hockey which involve running can be the best exercise. Cycling is also best exercise to boost up your muscles. You also follow leg exercises.

  • Swiss Ball Wall Squat
  • Stairs walk
  • Leg Curls

Repeat those exercises 2-3 time in a day to prepared for trekking in Himalayas.

  1. Mental and physiological fitness

Mentally and physiological fitness is more important for fitness. If you find some time for yourself then meditate. Meditation is best exercise for the Mental and physiological fitness.

One of the most impotent things for trekking and maintaining is support and encouragement of your family and friends.
